Compliance

Compliance Built Into How Wynlo Is Designed

Wynlo is software for a regulated profession. This page explains how responsibility is allocated — what customers are accountable for, what Wynlo operates, and where the full legal documents live. It is a plain statement of our approach, not a guarantee of legal compliance for any campaign.

Responsible outbound communications

Wynlo's calling features are built for licensed professionals contacting their own prospects and clients. Customers must have the permission the law requires for the people they call, and campaigns must follow federal and state calling rules.

Consent is the customer's foundation

Legally sufficient consent — obtained before calling, documented, and kept current — is a condition of using Wynlo's outbound features. Customers must retain supporting evidence for their lead sources and produce it when a legitimate question arises. Requirements vary by campaign type and state.

Opt-out and do-not-call

Recipients may revoke consent or request not to be contacted at any time. Wynlo customers are required to honor valid opt-out and do-not-call requests and must not knowingly continue communications after consent has been revoked.

Recording and transcription

Wynlo includes features that can record and transcribe calls. Recording for an agent's own dialer calls is off unless that agent turns it on, and calls made with AI features are transcribed to deliver the service. Customers are responsible for the notice and consent that recording and transcription laws require in the states involved.

AI & Automation

Wynlo provides AI-assisted communications and workflow tools — an AI dialer that can work leads and gather pre-application details, live in-call assistance, and post-call analysis.

Calls placed with an AI voice are regulated as artificial-voice calls under federal law, which affects the consent required and how campaigns must be conducted. Customers direct their own campaigns and are responsible for using AI calling only where and how the law permits, as set out in the Communications Compliance terms.

AI features are decision-support technology for licensed professionals. AI output can be imperfect, and a licensed person remains responsible for every insurance recommendation and representation made to a consumer. Wynlo prohibits configuring AI features to deceive — including denying being automated when a consumer directly asks.

Built for a Regulated Industry

What Wynlo is — and is not

  • Wynlo is software for insurance professionals. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, brokerage, or producer.
  • Wynlo does not issue policies and is not the underwriting carrier. Policy and coverage decisions are made by insurers and licensed professionals.
  • Customers are responsible for holding the producer licenses their activities require, including in the states of the consumers they solicit.

Carrier Qualification — precisely stated

  • Reference guidance for licensed professionals, built from available carrier criteria, with the underlying guideline wording cited.
  • It suggests which carrier may be worth evaluating first. It is not an underwriting determination, an approval, an eligibility guarantee, or a quote.
  • The carrier retains final underwriting authority, carrier guidelines can change without notice, and users must verify current carrier materials before submitting business.

Data & privacy

Customer records — including pre-application details that can involve health-related information — are processed to provide the service to the customer who collected them, scoped to that account by row-level access controls, and encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Signup requires a verified email, a verified phone number, and a payment method. Administrative changes by Wynlo operators are logged. Wynlo does not sell personal information and uses no advertising trackers. Details: Privacy Policy and Subprocessors.

Customer accountability

Customers remain responsible for their lead sources and consent, their licensing, their scripts and representations, their campaigns, and the laws that apply to their business. Wynlo’s features support lawful use, but compliance tooling is not a legal safe harbor — and accounts that misuse the platform can be suspended under the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Documents

The complete, versioned agreements live in the Legal Center.
