How does the free trial work?
New customers start with a 7-day free trial with full access. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription begins at $197/month.
What does Wynlo cost?

Individual Wynlo is $197/month for the full platform and includes 3 Wynlo phone numbers, with a 7-day trial to start. Extra phone numbers are $1.15/month each, and AI Dialer usage is paid through AI Credits. An annual plan is also available.

Small Team is for 3–10 people, counting the owner, at $167.45 per user/month, billed monthly. It's a self-serve team plan. One or two people should use Individual.

Agencies, IMOs, and larger organizations of 11 or more use custom pricing based on their size, structure, funding setup, and needs. Those plans are sales-assisted rather than a fixed public price.

How do I cancel?
Sign in and open Settings → Billing, then choose Cancel subscription. It opens our secure billing portal, where you can cancel at any time.
Do I need my own phone number?
No. Every subscription includes 3 phone numbers that Wynlo sets up for you. You can add more from Phone Numbers for $1.15/month each.
How do the included phone numbers work?
Your 3 included numbers are set up automatically once your trial or subscription starts, and they appear under Phone Numbers. Choose which one is your outbound caller ID with Set as Active. They cost nothing extra.
How do AI Credits work?
AI Credits are a prepaid balance you add on the AI Credits page, and only the AI Dialer uses them. Connected AI calls are charged by talk time; calls that never connect aren't charged. The Power Dialer and calls you place yourself don't use AI Credits.
Do I need a desk phone or softphone?
No. Your regular Wynlo calls are placed and managed directly in your browser, so you don't need a separate desk phone or softphone. For AI Dialer live transfers, you choose where Wynlo connects the lead: enter the number in Transfer to Number under Transfer Settings on the AI Dialer page. That can be your mobile phone or another valid US number you answer. Ask Client and Live Transfer need this number before the AI Dialer starts; Appt Only doesn't.
Is Wynlo an insurance company?
No. Wynlo Technologies LLC is a software company. Wynlo provides CRM and calling software for licensed insurance professionals — it is not a carrier, brokerage, IMO or agency, and it does not sell insurance.
