- How does the free trial work?
- Creating an account starts a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you are not charged until the trial ends.
- What does Wynlo cost?
- $147 per month for the full platform, including 3 phone numbers. Additional phone numbers are $1.15 per month each. See pricing for what is included.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account. If you need help, email info@wynlo.io.
- Do I need my own phone number?
- No. Wynlo provisions phone numbers for you inside the app, and 3 are included with the subscription.
- Do I need a desk phone or softphone?
- No. Calls are placed and received in your browser.
- Is Wynlo an insurance company?
- No. Wynlo Technologies LLC is a software company. Wynlo provides CRM and calling software for licensed insurance professionals — it is not a carrier, brokerage, IMO or agency, and it does not sell insurance.
- I can't get into my account.
- Use password reset to get a reset link by email. If that doesn't resolve it, email info@wynlo.io.
