Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0Effective 2026-08-21Last updated 2026-08-21
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Wynlo Terms of Service. It exists to protect consumers, other customers, Wynlo’s infrastructure partners, and the platform itself. Using Wynlo means agreeing not to do any of the following.
1. Unlawful communications
- Calling people without the consent the law requires for that kind of call.
- Ignoring an opt-out, revocation, or do-not-call request — including re-adding or re-importing a contact to get around one.
- Calling outside legally permitted hours, or into states where the calling method used is not permitted.
- Harassment: repeated, unwanted, or abusive contact.
2. Deception
- Impersonating a person, employer, lender, carrier, or government agency, or implying an affiliation, endorsement, or “assigned file” that does not exist.
- Describing optional products or information as mandatory or legally required when they are not.
- Fraud of any kind, including collecting payment or personal information under false pretenses.
- Configuring AI features to deny being automated when directly asked, or otherwise using AI features to deceive.
3. Unlawful insurance practices
- Selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance without the licenses the activity requires.
- Misrepresenting policy terms, benefits, pricing, eligibility, or approval, or telling a consumer coverage is in force before the carrier has acted.
- Unfair discrimination, or any practice prohibited by applicable insurance law.
4. Data misuse
- Uploading lists that were scraped, stolen, or purchased without lawful rights to contact the people on them.
- Submitting information about a person that you have no lawful basis to hold.
- Attempting to access another customer’s records or another user’s account.
5. Platform abuse
- Probing, disabling, or circumventing security or compliance restrictions, or helping someone else do so.
- Reverse engineering the Service, scraping it, reselling it, or using it to build or train a competing product.
- Overwhelming the Service or its providers with automated abuse, or using the Service to distribute malware.
- Using calling features to reach emergency services.
Enforcement
Wynlo may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate features or accounts for conduct that violates this policy, with notice and a chance to cure where practical, and immediately where the conduct is serious or ongoing. We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. Believe an account is misusing Wynlo? Report it to info@wynlo.io.
