Subprocessors

Wynlo uses a small set of service providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver the platform. This page lists the providers that process customer information as part of the Service, and what each one does. We update this page when the list changes.

| Supabase | Database and authentication — Wynlo's primary data store for account and CRM records and authentication services. |
| Vercel | Application hosting and runtime — serves the Wynlo application and processes requests. |
| Twilio | Telephony — phone numbers, voice calling and call audio, telephony metadata, call recordings where an account's recording features are enabled, and phone-number verification at signup. |
| Bland AI | AI voice calling — carries the live audio of AI-assisted outbound calls, receives the call instructions and lead context needed to conduct them, and produces call transcripts and structured call results. Wynlo's AI-assisted calls are transcribed, not kept as saved audio recordings. |
| Deepgram | Speech-to-text — processes call audio (live audio during assisted calls, and recorded audio for post-call transcription) to produce transcripts for live assistance and post-call features. |
| Anthropic | AI analysis — powers in-call suggestions, post-call analysis, and coaching from call transcripts and lead context. |
| Stripe | Payments — subscription billing and prepaid credit purchases. Stripe holds payment card details; Wynlo does not store full card credentials. |
| Calendar synchronization for customers who connect Google Calendar, using a minimized event format. | |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. Sends account emails such as email verification and password reset messages initiated through Wynlo's authentication system. |
| Sentry | Application monitoring and error reporting. Processes limited technical information needed to identify application errors and operational failures. Wynlo applies data-scrubbing controls intended to reduce personal information sent to Sentry. |
| ElevenLabs | Voice services used for voice preview functionality within Wynlo. |
