Subprocessors

Wynlo uses a small set of service providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver the platform. This page lists the providers that process customer information as part of the Service, and what each one does. We update this page when the list changes.

| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage — the platform's primary data store, including account and CRM records. |
| Vercel | Application hosting and compute — serves the Wynlo application and processes requests. |
| Twilio | Telephony — phone numbers, voice calling, call recordings for recorded calls, and phone-number verification at signup. |
| Bland AI | AI voice calling — conducts AI-assisted outbound calls and produces call transcripts and structured call results. |
| Deepgram | Speech-to-text — transcription of calls for live assistance and post-call features. |
| Anthropic | AI analysis — powers in-call suggestions, post-call analysis, and coaching from call transcripts and lead context. |
| Stripe | Payments — subscription billing and prepaid credit purchases. Stripe holds payment card details; Wynlo does not. |
| Calendar synchronization for customers who connect Google Calendar, using a minimized event format. |
